I am running late to collect my child what should I do?

Call Buttercups as soon as possible, don't panic your child will be well cared for. You will be charged a late fee for a reoccuring late collection or for a collection later than 5-10 minutes.

My child has sickness/diarrhoea how long shall I keep them off?

Your child should be kept at home for at least 48 hours after the last bout of sickness/diarrhoea. For more information please see our 'Sickness Policy' situated at the top of the stairs.

Can my child stay for lunch club, even though I have not booked him/her in for it?

Speak to a Director who will be able to tell you if there is space on the day required. This is something that does not always have to be booked in advance, however payment on the day is required.

Do you take the pre-school children out of the setting?

Yes we do. With prior permission from parents/carers (as per your contract) we take the children to explore the local environment.

I cannot pay my fees on time this month, what shall I do?

Speak immediately to a Director who can assist you with a payment plan. Without prior consent from a Director a late fee charge of 10% of the outstanding bill will be applied to your next bill.

I have concerns about my child, what shall I do?

Please feel free to come in any time, you can speak to your designated key contact, a director or a SENCO advisor.
